Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all training programs offered by FlowStream Market Course, including workshops, coaching packages, chart reviews, and journal audits. By enrolling in a program, you agree to the terms below.

1. Workshop cancellations by the student

More than 14 days before the workshop start date: Full refund of all amounts paid, including deposit.

7 to 14 days before the start date: Refund of amounts paid minus a 30% administrative fee. Alternatively, you may transfer your seat to a future workshop at no additional charge.

Less than 7 days before the start date: No refund. You may transfer your seat to a future workshop within 12 months, subject to availability.

After the workshop has begun: No refund for partial attendance. If you leave during day one due to a documented medical emergency, contact us to discuss a partial credit toward a future program.

2. Coaching package cancellations

Coaching packages require full payment before the first session.

Before the first session: Full refund if cancelled at least 7 days before the scheduled first session. Cancellations within 7 days receive a 50% refund.

After sessions have begun: Refund calculated as the unused portion of sessions minus a 20% administrative fee. For example, if you have completed 2 of 6 sessions, the refund covers 4 sessions at the per-session rate, less 20%.

3. Single chart reviews and journal audits

Chart reviews: Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. No refund for cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows.

Journal audits: Full refund if cancelled before we begin reviewing your submitted materials. Once written feedback has been delivered, no refund is available.

4. Rescheduling

You may reschedule a workshop seat, coaching session, or chart review once at no charge if requested at least 7 days in advance. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a 500,000 VND administrative fee. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 6 months of the original date.

5. Cancellations by FlowStream Market Course

If we cancel a workshop or session due to insufficient enrolment, instructor illness, or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid or the option to transfer to a rescheduled date. We will notify you at least 7 days in advance whenever possible.

6. Deposits

Workshop deposits of 30% are refundable according to the cancellation timelines in section 1. Deposits are non-refundable only when cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the start date, in which case the deposit may be applied to a future workshop transfer.

Failure to attend a scheduled coaching session or chart review without prior notice is treated as a completed session. No refund or rescheduling credit is provided for no-shows.

9. Refund process and timing

To request a refund or cancellation, email info@flowstreamhub.click with your enrolment confirmation number and reason for cancellation. We will confirm receipt within two business days.

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method (bank transfer to the account from which payment was received). Refund amounts are in Vietnamese Dong.

10. Work already started

For journal audits, once our instructor has begun reviewing your submitted entries, the engagement is considered in progress and the refund terms in section 3 apply. For coaching, any session attended counts as delivered regardless of whether you found the session satisfactory.

11. Exceptions

We may make exceptions to this policy in cases of documented medical emergencies or government-mandated travel restrictions that prevent attendance. Contact us with supporting documentation and we will review your case individually.
